Terms of Service

1. Welcome

By using Feelyn you agree to these Terms. Feelyn is a verified, no-filter community where members share their real, unedited selves. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who can use Feelyn

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Feelyn account. You may only maintain one personal account and must represent yourself accurately at all times. Impersonation, fake profiles, or accounts representing someone else are not allowed.

3. Your content

You own the photos and information you upload. By posting on Feelyn you grant us a limited license to display that content to other users as part of the service. You agree that profile photos submitted for verification must be captured using Feelyn's in-app camera and must accurately represent your current appearance. Gallery uploads are not accepted for profile verification.

4. Community rules

No filters, AI enhancement, significant appearance-altering makeup, retouching, impersonation, or AI-generated profile photos. No harassment, hate speech, nudity that violates local laws, or content involving minors. Attempts to bypass verification systems may result in account suspension or termination. We may remove content and accounts that break these rules.

5. Reports and moderation

You can report any profile you believe breaks the rules. We may review reports manually or through automated systems and may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, request re-verification, or terminate accounts when necessary to protect the community.

6. User Communications

Feelyn may provide features that allow users to communicate, exchange messages, share photos, share media, and participate in audio or video calls. Users are solely responsible for all content, communications, media, and interactions they engage in through the platform. Feelyn does not monitor, endorse, verify, record, archive, or guarantee the content of private conversations, media exchanges, or video calls. Users acknowledge that content shared with another user may be copied, recorded, captured, redistributed, or disclosed by the recipient. Users should assume that any content shared with another user may be copied, saved, recorded, screenshotted, or redistributed. Feelyn cannot guarantee that content shared with another user will remain private. Feelyn is not responsible for any content, media, information, recordings, screenshots, or communications shared between users. Users participate in all communications and interactions entirely at their own risk. Users are solely responsible for deciding what information, media, social accounts, or personal details they share with other users.

7. Video Calls

Video calling features are provided solely as a communication tool between users. Feelyn does not guarantee the identity, conduct, appearance, intentions, or behavior of participants in video calls. Users acknowledge that video calls may be interrupted, unavailable, insecure, or affected by technical limitations. Feelyn is not liable for any conduct, statements, recordings, screenshots, misuse, harassment, fraud, or damages arising from video call interactions.

8. Authenticity & verification

Feelyn is designed around camera-verified profiles. Verification systems may include automated and manual review processes intended to identify:

• Filters and beauty enhancements
• AI-generated imagery
• Manipulated photos
• Significant appearance-altering makeup
• Impersonation attempts
• Verification bypass attempts

Verification results are not guarantees of identity and may occasionally produce incorrect outcomes. Feelyn reserves the right to request additional verification or remove verification status at any time.

9. Disclaimers

Feelyn is provided "as is." While Feelyn uses camera-verification and authenticity measures, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, identity, conduct, intentions, or authenticity of every user. Users should exercise appropriate caution when interacting with others online or offline.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend, restrict, request re-verification of, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Standards, or authenticity requirements.
